We are thrilled to share that the MHS Ballfields Project received official approval from the Town of Marshfield in April 2025 and is now working to enter the construction phase this summer! This exciting initiative impacts all four town ballfields (Baseball and Softball) at the Marshfield High School Sports Complex, with a strong focus on improving safety, accessibility, and playability across the entire facility.
The centerpiece of the project is the much-needed revitalization of the Varsity Baseball field, which will include:
While the town-approved Community Preservation Committee (CPC) budget provides funding for critical infrastructure—such as site preparation and concrete slabs for dugouts—it only supports the relocation of the existing dugouts at Varsity Baseball.
